 Looking for a place to do simple exercises, or learn a new way of exercising? Maybe you want some company to help keep you motivated? Beginning January 3rd, the Bridgeville Library host a self-directed exercise program on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 6-8pm. Dates are subject to change due to other library programming, so please keep watch on our website and Facebook page for any changes. From 6-7pm, we will be showing a walking video. From 7-8pm, we will have yoga or Pilates Free childcare will be available for participants only. However, tips for the childcare personnel will be appreciated.
