April 7 - Developing Relaxed Eating Habits
May 5 - Eating Healthy While Traveling

These workshops will focus using the principals of the Psychology of Eating:
- Getting out of one's head, out of thinking, and into an experience of being in one's body.
- Eating with presence and awareness and a sense of nourishment.
- Experiencing pleasure and satisfaction NOW, rather than put it off into the future.
Participants will also receive a nutrition magazine!
